I have two issues: ticketing and parking: I have expressed the same to Acrisure Arena:
I purchased tickets, section 119, row G, seats 111/112: great seats: I also purchased 2 tickets that said premium : no one knew what that meant it was for? I asked several attendants, finally a floor manager who took my number and info and promised to get back to me: he didn’t.
Second is parking: signage is still bad: it’s still confusing: no clear signage for exiting to travel either East or west. Ie, signage that would say “to Washington st”( East)) or “Cook st”. (West)
If you made the mistake of going east because thats where a lot of cars were going, you would be 2-3 miles out of your way with no option to reverse direction.
